Broadcast and mines

Fix broadcast, for obvious reasons its not working. Maybe meteors instead of cps? Maybe.

The mining rate is way too high, im starting to stockpile super gems. The correct mining process is to take months to find a super gem. Right now, it only takes a few days. I would risk to say that ODConquer mining rate is about 5x times higher.

Yes mine rates were made easier than original.

What do you mean broadcast is not working ? Tested and used like 100 times and was working every time.
