PK Points and Twin City PZ

Considering the huge lvl difference between player due to the server being new, i suggest that pk points take longer time to regenerate, untill the comunity is more equal.

I suggest making Twin City map a protected zone, the reason is simple, it makes ppl look forward to use the market system and dont risk their sellers dying after login.

What are you talking about? nobodies camping sellers at tc and the only guy being pked seems to be you. Enemy guilds will always kill enemies. if you dont want to go to market through tc, use another map.
